Actress Lily Taylor and her “significant other” writer Nick Flynn are expecting their first child in January, reports Manhattan Movie Magazine.

When asked how she could relate to her character in her new movie in which she plays a woman becoming aware of her clicking biologic clock, Allen replies: “Oh, well lots of things. I mean, we’re around the same age. I’m pregnant now. I wasn’t then, so I was obviously not quite where she was, but I was circling around it, so I had a lot of compassion for her and empathy and identification.”

Taylor, 40, reports they did find out they are having a girl, but have not picked out a name yet. “No. I don’t have a name. I am probably in denial on that part of the process, but I’ll get there.”

Sex and the City actor Chris Noth, 53, and his girlfriend Tara Wilson are expecting their first child together, reports Showbiz Spy.

Noth, also known as  “Mr.Big,” is reportedly “very happy” about the pregnancy, reports his business partner Noel Ashman.

Wilson is reportedly “about 5 months along” making her due date around March.

Shark actress Jeri Ryan announced that she and her husband, French chef Christophe Eme, are having a girl. “We are thrilled. We’re so excited, we’re just beside ourselves.”

Ryan, 39, is expecting her little girl in March. “I feel really good. I’ve had it very easy so far. I’ve only had four days when I didn’t feel great. It’s been a wonderful pregnancy.”

She tells People that she and her husband have started thinking about names. “We’re looking for a French name. It’s hard! We want a French name that sounds good to an American ear, and vice versa. It’s not easy, but we definitely want to give her a French name.”

Do have any name suggestions for the couple?

In case you were in denial over Christina Aguilera’s growing belly, she has finally stated the obvious: she is pregnant.

Aguilera told Glamour magazine that she will “enter into mommyhood” early next year. The busy singer-songwriter says she will work hard to “balance caring for her child and tending to her career.”

Saturday Night Live comedian David Alan Grier and his wife Christine Kim are pregnant with their first child, reports People.

The baby, a girl, will make her arrival in February. “We’re really excited. I have no morning sickness, no bizarre cravings,” Kim says. “As far as David is telling me, unless he’s lying, I haven’t had any crazy, hormonal mood swings. It’s been a pleasant pregnancy so far.”

Kim says they leaving the baby’s name “up to serendipity.” She tells reporters, “We have narrowed it down to about four or five names, but we want to see what she feels like and what her personality is to find a name that suits her.”

What do you think about waiting to name your baby until you meet her? We picked out a name for both our sons while I was pregnant, but I like the idea of waiting to see if the name fits the personality.

Former Growing Pains actress Tracey Gold is pregnant with her fourth son, reports People. “She’s thrilled and excited to have her fourth son,” her rep says. “We’re all looking forward to meeting this little guy.”

Gold, 38, and her husband Roby Marshall, 42, are already parents to 10-year-old Sage, 8-year-old Bailey and 3-year-old Aiden. Gold is 3 months pregnant and will be welcoming her fourth son this spring.

Gold, who has been public about overcoming anorexia, is currently filming an independent action movie called Solar Flare.

New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez and his wife of five years, Cynthia, have revealed they are expecting their second child.

“Cynthia and I are overjoyed to announce this addition to your family. We realize what a special gift children are, and feel very blessed to welcome our second child.”

Rodriguez, 32, and Cynthia, 34, have a 2-year-old daughter named Natasha. “I feel great!” Cynthia tells People. The baby is due in the spring and they do plan on finding out the sex. “My daughter wants to know more than we do!” she says.

“We’re just real excited. It’s almost more exciting [than the first child] in a way, because you can anticipate what you already know is so amazing. We’re thrilled. We can’t wait,” Cynthia says.

Sabrina the Teenage Witch actress Melissa Joan Hart is pregnant with her second child, reports People. Her rep reports she is 4 months along.

Hart, 31, and her husband, Mark Wilkerson, have a 2-year-old son named Mason. “I love the faces Mason makes, I could watch him forever,” she tells People.
