The world was shocked by the untimely death of Heath Ledger just nine months ago. One of the world’s brightest young actors was the victim of an accidental drug overdose, leaving his daughter, 2 year old Matilda, with actress Michelle Williams, fatherless.

The world was again shocked when it was revealed shortly there after that Heath made a will, several years before his daughter was born, that left his entire estate to his parents and sisters. Much like anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn, Matilda was by law shut out of her fathers estate.

When the will was originally made Heath was not yet a multi-millionaire or a world wide known movie star. At the time of his death it is reported that his estate was worth 16 million dollars. Rumors immediately began flying that Michelle would challenge the will on behalf of the couples daughter. Many in the world sat flabbergasted that the first response from the family wasn’t, “Of course it should ALL go to our granddaughter.”

The Sunday Times in Australia just reported that Heath Ledger’s father has finally stepped up and stated, “There is no claim. Our family has gifted everything to Matilda.”

This is the obvious solution and it is great that they have finally come to it. It is really too bad that it took so long, but it does let the world know that the family has only the best interest of their granddaughter at heart, and not padding their own pockets.

Though David Eigenberg has been acting for many years, most know him for his role as Steve Brady, Miranda’s quirky-yet-lovable boyfriend, husband and father of her son (though not in that order!) on Sex and The City. Now, the 44-year-old actor is preparing for another role in real life - perhaps the biggest of his life - that of first-time dad!

Reports state that David’s wife  Chrysti is pregnant, and that the couple is expecting a baby boy come February. A spokesperson for the couple states, “They are ecstatic.”

Eigenberg, a former marine, met ex-Army specialist Chrysti at a military party. With their military backgrounds, does this mean their baby boy is destined for a career in the military? Perhaps, he’ll follow in his dad’s footsteps and get into acting, as well!

We finally get our first good look at Sunday Rose, the four month old little girl born to Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. Nicole is out and about in London while she gets ready to film her next movie, Nine, and took little Miss Sunday for a walk, letting photographers finally see the tyke. What do you think? Cute?

A pregnant looking Jennifer Garner was recently photographed out with her two year old daughter Violet with popular hubby Ben Affleck. We like this picture because Jennifer may not look her best or perfectly put together, but she definitely looks real, making us normal folks not feel so bad because we are not always perfectly put together when pregnant. It won’t be long before we see new pictures of Violet and her little brother (so the rumors have it).

Adam Sandler and his wife Jackie have announced that baby number two is a little girl who will join her big sister playing dress up and tea party. Big sis, Sadie Madison, is two, and helps keep her parents, especially her comedian father, on his toes.

Adam let the world know Thursday night at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s 34th Annual Dinner of Champions that they were adding a “chickadee” to their family. He is cautious and optomistic knowing that the baby is not here yet and anything can happen, but he states, “Hopefully everything’s safe with her. Not born yet, so we’re just praying everything comes out okay.”

The comedian who has been the star of dozens of movies that are both ok for kids to watch, and not so ok for kids to watch, as well as sings a large selection of funny songs that kids love, like Lunch Lady Land, raises his children both realistically but also with humor.

Stepping back a few hundred years, or just stepping into a different culture, Russell Crowe claims that his 2 1/2 year old son Tennyson is already engaged and in an arranged engagement with none other than Sunday Rose, the daughter of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.

Russell Crowe couldn’t be happier with the pairing and considers Sunday to just be an absolute doll. He claims however that it was all Nicole’s idea. According to the actor when the famous Australian actress saw his son the first thing out of her mouth was, “I’m a great believer in arranged marriages.”

It is no secret that Russell and Nicole’s families are close friends so keeping it in the family and arranging a marriage, even if it is in play, is a fantastic way to avoid the hurdles and pitfalls many couples experience. Meeting and dating are hard enough, but at least now the kids won’t have to meet the parents and get used to the in-laws.

First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby… well, you know how it goes. Well, it went pretty quickly for Andrew Firestone and his wife Ivana Bozilovic. Firestone told Usmagazine.com, “We’re just over the moon, we’re so happy. It’s possible it’s even a honeymoon baby!” The couple just wed in July, though they’ve been dating since 2005, and spent their honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas. Sounds like a romantic place for conception, right?

The couple wanted to start trying as soon as they got married, and it looks like their wish was granted - right away! Needless to say, they are thrilled.

The baby is due in April, and Firestone says they are going to wait to find out the sex of the baby. We can’t wait to find out, either!

British actor Jonny Lee Miller, who stars on Eli Stone, is expecting his first child with his wife, Michele Hicks, according to his rep. Hicks, is a former model who has dabbled in acting; she appeared on The Shield. The couple, who got married earlier this year, have reportedly already been celebrating the news.

According to reports by People, Miller and Hicks, both 35, had a co-ed baby shower recently with their friends and family in L.A. The couple has not announced when the little one is due, or the sex of the child. Stay tuned as we learn more about the couple’s expected little one!

Former adult movie star Jenna Jameson and her mixed martial arts fighter boyfriend, Tito Ortiz, are expecting twins! When Jameson first learned she was pregnant, she was “shocked” but said, “It’s still early, so I’m being cautious. I’m resting as much as possible. I’m so happy. We are still in a state of shock.”

Jameson has moved to the beach in L.A. with Ortiz and she is focusing on “staying super-healthy,” by eating lots of fruit such as oranges and pineapples. She recently confirmed in a blog post the future arrival of twins: “Current mood: ecstatic. I can officially confirm that Tito and I are expecting twins! I have never felt more like a woman, or more alive.”

Though Jameson admitted she stays in bed most of the time because she has terrible morning sickness, she has still managed to gain seven pounds already and plans on gaining “a lot more.”

According to Nicole Kidman there is. The new mom who claims that she never thought she would be able to get pregnant and carry a baby to term. However, while she was filming the movie Australia she and about six other women went swimming in the water falls of the Kununurra in the Australian Outback, all became pregnant.

The falls are now being called the “fertility waters” and Nicole firmly believes that there was something in those falls that helped her get pregnant with her daughter Sunday Rose. There was one confirmed pregnancy that ended in miscarriage and rumors of others during her marriage to Tom Cruise. Because of these loses, and maybe because of something doctors told her, Nicole honestly never thought she would be able to have a biological child. Now she is in love with her new daughter, and her new husband, Keith Urban.

As for Keith…so far there has been no word on his opinion regarding the “fertility waters” and whether or not he thinks that they had a role in the conception of his daughter. We hear however that a trip back to the falls is planned for the couple. Maybe soon there will be baby number two.

Well Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have packed their bags and their kids to move from their Chateau in France to a villa in Berlin that is rumored to be owned by Tom Cruise. Why? Because Daddy Pitt is going to be filming a new movie in Germany and the family wants to remain close by. Their new home even has a fancy name. The Palais Parkschloss on Wannsee Lake.

The family took a private plane and quietly left France on Tuesday arriving at their new home that is equipped with a boat dock and helicopter pad. The house, which is 30,000 square feet is plenty big for the family of eight which includes the newborn twins, Knox and Vivienne. Locals saw Brad lifting transporting daughters Shiloh and Zahara from the plane to the waiting transportation.

Brad Pitt is in town with family in town for the filming of Quentin Tarantino’s Inglorious Bastards which should hit the theaters sometime during 2009. It doesn’t sound like the family will stay there for very long after the filming is over, after all they still have their long term lease on the French estate.

So how soon do you think pictures of the family traipsing around Berlin will take to show up? We guess not very long! And who knows, maybe they will add child number 7 while they are in Germany.
