Suri still using her bottle?
This is a slightly controversial topic that many parents debate heavily. How old is too old for a toddler to be drinking from a bottle?
Of all the celebrity babes there is only one that seems to be getting people up in arms over this particular topic and that is the beautiful Suri Cruise who is seen often out with her mother Katie Holmes clutching a bottle in her hand. Many critics and “fans” are often heard criticizing both Katie and Tom Cruise for allowing their daughter, who is almost 2 1/2, to still suck on a bottle.
Medically speaking it is recommended that by the time your child is one year that you should get them off the bottle and onto a sippy cup. Drinking from a bottle after the first year of age has been shown to lead to oral developmental problems in children. At the age of one, often before, kids are able to learn how to drink from a sippy cup, so many people see that as the perfect age to start teaching them.
What do you think? Is there a problem with the fact that Katie and Tom allow Suri to carry a bottle with her 24/7?

she’s WAY too old for a bottle. she should be using a sippy cup for sure. and shoes!? unless Katie’s into carrying here 30something pound child around all day long, she should have shoes. scratch that. shoes are just good hygiene when outside of your own home.

2 1/2 yrs old is way to old to be still drinking from a bottle!!!

I’m glad others agree w/me. She is way too old for a bottle. All 3 of mine were off at 1 yr. I introduced them to the sippy cup at 11 months & by 1 yr that is all they got. I agree about hygiene & shoes. I can’t stand to see barefooted children in public unless its the beach, whiere it is appropriate.

i saw it in the magazines and was like what the heck!! its a problem i hope nothing is wrong with her!!!!! i thought it was weird how they hide her at first know she is beautiful but not acting her age…. she is too grown up sometimes and yet always drinking from a bottle. i started to get my daugther of the bottle at 9 months…. i have one word NUBBY
