Jamie Lynn Spears engaged?
Pregnant actress Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old sister of Britney Spears, is reportedly engaged to her 18-year-old boyfriend Casey Aldridge.
People.com is reporting that the Zoey 101 star has been flashing an engagement ring to friends and family in Louisiana and Mississippi. “She’s got an engagement ring,” a source reports. “She’s been showing it off, talking about it.”
Spears and Aldridge are expecting a baby this summer.

yes and no, i say yes because if that’s what she wants to do and if that’s what will make her happy then yes. no because she is too young to be engaged to an 18 yeard old boy and she’s only 16. i think everyone should accept her decision if she says yes or no she’s my best friend and yes, i’m the real vanessa hudgens.

It would be a wise idea considering she conceived out of wedlock. It would be a bad thing if the baby comes and she is not married. That would mean the baby came out of wedlock. Get married, now, Jamie before you pop.

i think everyone should just leave jamie alone if she wants to marry casey i think she should. its her life and if she loves him and wants to be with him than she should. and as far as it goes for the baby whether they get married or not they will take care of their child and give it a great life. i think she has learned what not to do in parenting from her sister. no offense.

It’s a tough choice. I had my first child out of wedlock and by the time I convinced my husband to marry me (four months ago), I had gotten my heart broken so many times by him and watched him date other women and hear him go on and on about them that now that we’re back together, the spark is all but gone, though I do still love him. She should marry him soon and try hard to make it work if she does at all, lest she end up like me. If they don’t get married soon, they might be better off staying friends.

I feel as though Jamie Lynn just followed in the footsteps of her big sister. My thing is where is her mother that shes running around having sex at age 16 i think her mother is an absolute disgrace and should have had her children removed from her long ago. She is to blame for both of their downfalls. I am 26 and currently pregnant with a child out of wedlock and I see no reason to get married unless I absolutely want to. She is entirely too young to get married and frankly she should be ashamed and embarrassed this is the age of birth control and she was old enough to get it.

…Personally i think it will last, jamie seen what happen toher sisters relationship and don’t want to go through what her buig sister did, jamie and her boyfriend made it this far and are still going despite all the rumors! I just found out im pregnant and yea it was a shocker but everything always happens for a reason so i think people should just but out and let the girl live her life and learn from her own mistakes!!

congrats to jamie and casey but the only one who will suffer in this is the baby. this baby going to be loved unconditionally by both parents i am sure but this marriage will not last. the only thing is that what is stopping her from having another kid in a years time. i think that she will have a boy…
