Pregnant Nickelodeon star Jamie Lynn Spears has reportedly passed the high school equivalency exam last month, reports People.com.
The 16-year-old sister of Britney Spears reportedly passed her GED (”scoring particularly well on reading comprehension”) and is preparing to take the ACT college entrance test.
“She’s already got her diploma,” a friend reports. “She wants to take her ACT. She’s not wasting any time. People don’t know her. When she gets something in her head, she’ll make it happen. Everybody is so supportive of her.”
The Zoey 101 star is expecting a child this summer with her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.

So in nine months another nanny can have a full time job. Outsourcing to Mexico is being taken to a whole new level. I hope she can do a better job than her sister.

Its a shame that she is having a baby so young, but she has made a mistake that she is willing to work through. She has a lot of guts to do what she is doing, lets face it getting pregnant at 16 is tough for any young girl living a normal life, but to be in the spotlight and having a very famous older sister, she is obviously aware of the attention that she will create.
She could have easily covered it up and got an abortion, but she is showing the world that she can do this, and is not going to shy away from her responsibilities.
