ER actor Mekhi Phifer welcomed his first child with his fiancée Oni Souratha yesterday, reports People.

“We are really happy and excited. He is beautiful,” the couple reports.

Mekhi Thira Phifer was born in Los Angeles just one day short of Halloween weighing 5 lbs., 4 oz.  Little Mekhi was welcomed home by his big brother, 8-year-old Omikaye,  which was the actor’s son from a previous relationship.

Phifer, 32, says this is just the first of many children. “I want to have four or five kids.”

Designer Roberto Cavalli has confirmed that JLo is indeed pregnant!

Larry the Cable Guy was able to “Git R Dun” and had himself a baby girl. Baby Reagan was born October 29th at 9 a.m. weighing 6 lb., 14 oz. His rep reports that both mother and baby are doing fine.

This is the second child for Larry the Cable Guy (AKA Dan Whitney) and his wife Cara. Reagan will be welcomed home by her big brother, 1-year-old Wyatt.

Larry recently opened up about his feelings of having daughter on his Web site. “I’m a little worried though because my son and I like the same stuff. So I hope I’ll be able to relate to a little girl. I’m just hoping Skoal comes out with a strawberry and cream dip!”

Law & Order: Criminal Intent actor Vincent D’Onofrio, 48, is expecting his second child with his wife, Carin Van Der Donk.

“We’re very excited,” Vincent tells People.

The baby, due this winter, will be welcomed home by big brother, 7-year-old Elias. Vincent also has a 15-year-old daughter named Leila from a previous relationship with actress Greta Scacchi,

Baby rumors are flying around actress Cate Blanchett and her blossoming figure. Blanchett is seen here leaving a Manhattan play looking a bit curvier than normal.

The actress has been open to the press about wanting more children. Blanchett, 38, and her husband Andrew Upton have 2 sons: 5-year-old Dashiell John and 3-year-old Roman Robert.

Emma “Baby Spice” Bunton and her boyfriend, singer Jade Jones, showed off the first photos of their son, 10-week-old Beau Lee.

Bunton, 31, will be touring soon with the newly-reunited Spice Girls. She writes this on her blog:

Hi everyone, so sorry for the wait, but here is out beautiful little boy Beau. As you can see from the picture he is a bonny little soul, and he makes us so happy, he’s the best thing that’s ever happened to us. He’s 10 weeks old now and we can’t believe how quickly time flies. We’re all getting ready to go to L.A., we’ve packed his little bag with all his goodies. He’s started to sleep through the night now so mummy is getting some well deserved sleep before the tour.

People magazine caught supermodel mom Heidi Klum with a pumpkin in one hand and her son in the other hand as they made their way to a Halloween party in Beverly Hills.

Saturday Night Live comedian David Alan Grier and his wife Christine Kim are pregnant with their first child, reports People.

The baby, a girl, will make her arrival in February. “We’re really excited. I have no morning sickness, no bizarre cravings,” Kim says. “As far as David is telling me, unless he’s lying, I haven’t had any crazy, hormonal mood swings. It’s been a pleasant pregnancy so far.”

Kim says they leaving the baby’s name “up to serendipity.” She tells reporters, “We have narrowed it down to about four or five names, but we want to see what she feels like and what her personality is to find a name that suits her.”

What do you think about waiting to name your baby until you meet her? We picked out a name for both our sons while I was pregnant, but I like the idea of waiting to see if the name fits the personality.

CNN American Morning co-host Kiran Chetry and her husband, weather forecaster Chris Knowles, are expecting their second child together, reports People.

“It’s the stroller derby!” Chetry says, referring to the fact that both she and fellow CNN anchor Campbell Brown are both pregnant.

Chetry, 33, and her husband Chris have a 20-month-old daughter named Maya Rose. “We joke around that it’s a miracle that we had time to actually make a baby,” she says when it was pointed out that the couple work “almost the exact opposite schedule.”

The busy anchor will continue to work full time, and that includes covering the California wildfires. “My doctor gave me the O.K., but obviously didn’t want me on the fire lines.”
