It is official—Nicole Richie confirmed to Diane Sawyer that she is indeed pregnant.

“Yes I am. We are. I’m almost four months,” she says during the interview that is set to air on Thursday’s Good Morning America.

The baby-daddy is Richie’s boyfriend, Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden.

Richie was recently sentenced to four days in jail following a DUI charge and tells Sawyer she is “taking responsibility and being an adult.”

It is nice to know that even the rich and famous feel the “working mom” guilt we all seem to feel. Desperate Housewives star Marcia Cross gave birth to twin daughters Savannah and Eden on Feb. 20th and talks to People about the challenges of making it all work.

“When they’re with me [at work], that’s challenging, but when they’re not with me … I’m a new mother, that’s what it is, it’s all challenging,” Cross, 45 says.

Cross says she alternates between taking them with her on the Housewives set, and leaving them at home. “I had them come with me last week. I think if I have one full day, then the next day they have to come with me [to work] because I can’t not see them for that long.”

Actress Isla Fisher, 31, talks for the first time about her pregnancy with Borat star Sacha Baron Cohen.

Maxwell Alston Sutter was born in Vail, Colorado weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces and measuring 18 inches in length. “He’s perfect and beautiful, and everyone’s doing great,” she tells Us.

The couple met on the reality show The Bachelorette and were married (on TV, of course) in 2003.

The couple did not find out the sex of the baby before his birth. “I’m a huge planner, but even more so I’m a fan of surprises, so my love of surprises outweighed it,” she says. “For the first one for us, we just want a healthy baby.”

It’s official—Nicole Richie was sentenced to four days in jail today after pleading guilty to DUI.

Richie was wearing a loose fitting black dress and was escorted by her boyfriend Joel Madden. The socialite has been dodging pregnancy rumors for a couple of weeks now, and the dress only adds fuel to the fire. Richie is rumored to be due in January.

Gymnast Dominique Moceanu is expecting her first child with her husband Dr. Michael Canales, reports her official website.

The Olympic gold medal winner is due in January. “We are so excited. Mike and I have talked about starting a family for so long. It’s really a dream come true,” she says.

Moceanu and Canales have been married for eight months, and they plan on staying in Cleveland where he is a foot and ankle surgeon. “We love it in Ohio and look forward to raising a family here,” she says. “Bringing a precious new life into this world is the ultimate achievement–and we can’t wait!”

UPDATE: People magazine is reporting the couple had a baby boy named Alexander Pete Schreiber. Alexander was born in Los Angeles weighing 8 lbs., 4 oz. and measuring 22.5 inches in length.

Naomi Watts and her boyfriend Liev Schreiber welcomed their first child this morning, reports Life & Style magazine.

Naomi’s original due date was August 2nd so the baby arrived a tad early.”Naomi was planning on giving birth next week– her due date was early August — but since she insisted on delivering naturally, she knew there was a chance she would have the baby before the due date. That’s what wound up happening,” a source says.

Mother, father and baby are reportedly doing well at a hospital in California. The couple did not find out the sex of the baby, and no other details have been released as to the sex or name. “This is a dream come true for both of them and they’ve done everything in their power to make it as special as possible, right down to staying in the dark about the baby’s sex right up until Naomi gave birth,” the source reports.
