Check out Suri Cruise arriving with parents Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes to Grier’s first birthday party. Suri and Grier actually share the same birthday!

As we reported earlier, Grier will be having a Tweety bird themed birthday party.

Any guesses as to what is inside the package?
