DNA test ordered in Anna Nicole Smith case
It looks like one mystery in the Anna Nicole Smith death and baby father drama may soon solved. Howard K Stern has been “urged” to submit Anna’s daughter, Dannielyn, for DNA testing to determine the father.
Anna’s partner, Howard K. Stern, has been listed on the birth certificate as the father. Larry Birkhead, Anna’s ex boyfriend, claims he is the father and has been fighting Stern to allow testing. As Birkhead was leaving the courtroom he told reporters: “It was a good day for me.”
As is most things in Anna’s life, this issue may not be resolved as easily as it seems. A high-ranking official tells People magazine that Stern could still appeal the judge’s order. James Neavitt, Stern’s lawyer, claims that he, “is concerned about getting things over with and getting this behind him.” He goes on to say that, “We will do whatever the court wants and he will comply with any orders.”

I hope birkhead is the father and takes custoy of the baby. Stern should be invesitated for the drugs he gave anna and Daniel the only reason he kept her drugged was to control her for the money he though she would get from marshall estate.
I hope the Marshall estate goes to the marshall family. Anna used him along with stern to plot to get the estate. she loved no one but her own body, she teased and slept with anyone that she could use. Stern are you gay????? the real reason you stayed was to control the money, you are nothing but a phoney .
I hope you are caught and put in jail.
