Larry Birkhead files suit against Anna Nicole
Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole’s former boyfriend, has filed a paternity lawsuit against Anna Nicole Smith saying that he is the father, not Howard K. Stern, of her baby girl.
Birkhead wants Anna Nicole to return Dannielynn to California to undergo DNA testing, as well as drug testing. His lawyer, Debra Opri, tells People, “(Birkhead) wants to find out if (Dannielynn) has drugs in her system. He’s very concerned about the presence of drugs in the home.”
There were rumors that Anna Nicole had the baby in the Bahamas to avoid being tested for drugs. Birkhead alleges that Anna Nicole was addicted to Methadone, a painkiller that contributed to her son’s death as well.
Anna Nicole and Howard K. Stern held a commitment ceremony in the Bahamas last week.
I only wish I were making this stuff up.
